Abitare l’altro

Conceived within the exhibition Vestimenti, this performance invites members of the public to step onto a tailor’s stage, where the artist creates a garment directly on their body and then gifts it to them. The space is conceived as an imaginary “birth room”, a place where clothes come into being and wrap the body like a second womb. Fabric becomes a symbolic skin: through the dress we are introduced to the world, and each participant enacts a personal, intimate act of (re)birth
